StavAttack: “We’re not here just to say we’re part of eFootball.Pro, we’re here to win”

Manchester United FC voices disappointment over not taking all six points in Matchday 1, as Galatasaray remains optimistic about future performances

Harry Channon spoke first with eFootball.Pro newcomer, StavAttack, representing Galatasaray SK in their league debut. After congratulating him on his first performance, Channon asked how the Turkish club felt about the outcome of the first matchday and the one point they were able to take to the league table. StavAttack responded: “We’re very happy to be part of this competition, and we tried to do our best. We weren’t so good in the first game. I think we could’ve taken one point in the first game at least, and we could’ve gone for the win in the second, so I feel a little disappointed. At the end of the day, I’m happy for the one point.”

He was then questioned on how he felt about Galatasaray’s odds moving forward, and the likelihood of advancing to the Knockout Stage. Making his intentions for the season clear, StavAttack stated: “We’re going to try to place in one of the first six places to go to the Knockout stage. This is the reason we are here. We’re not here for holiday. We’re not here just to say we’re part of eFootball.Pro, we’re here to win. We see every game as the Final. This is the mentality of our team.” To make this mindset even clearer, when Channon questioned how the roster of rookies felt about facing Juventus in the upcoming matchday, StavAttack confidently claimed: “I respect every team in eFootball.Pro, but I’m fearless, as a person and as a player. I’m not going to be afraid of anyone.”

Manchester United FC was next up for an interview with Channon, represented by team captain E_C_Oneill. Noting that four points is an impressive feat, he also acknowledged that the English club may be disappointed in not being able to take all six. E_C_Oneill confirmed the disappointment: “I’ll be honest, I’m very frustrated. You see how we conceded goals. We played two matches, we conceded two own goals. It’s not something to be happy about.” He went on to note that they were able to make a good comeback.

Looking to the next competition, Channon asked how Manchester United FC would be preparing for their matchup against Celtic FC. The captain explained: “We’re going to prepare like we always prepare. Celtic has a new team, but they are good. They haven’t played in eFootball.Pro yet, but umbee96_, for example, has experience in CO-OP, reaching the regional finals before. PataNegra7 is a well known player. Now they have time to improve their gameplay and find the right formations.”
