Lotfi earned the Top Assists Provider award of the Regular Season

The AS Monaco player won a second individual award of the 2020-21 competition for his team

AS Monaco’s Lotfi topped the assists providers chart for the eFootball.Pro IQONIQ Regular Season at 18 assists, with the next closest player achieving 15. His assists contributed to the Monegasque club’s fourth place ranking by the end of the competition, and qualification for the Knockout Stage. He was also notably the only player in the league to provide at least one assist in each of the nine matchdays.

This is Lotfi’s third consecutive season representing AS Monaco in eFootball.Pro IQONIQ, after contributing to the squad’s back-to-back title as champions. He played first with Usmakabyle in the 2018-19 season, and was then joined by his current teammate and fellow individual award winner Kilzyou in the 2019-20 season. In addition to his impressive number of assists provided throughout the Regular Season, he placed within the top ten players for defensive gameplay (10th place with 5,166 points). He also landed himself in the top half on the goal scorers table, ranking 11th overall with 11 successful shots made.

Lotfi was the only player in the league to provide at least one assist in each of the nine matchdays.

His award-winning amount of assists led to AS Monaco achieving the most assists overall as a club, being the only team to break past the threshold of 30 assists with 34 total, and contributed to the Monegasque club topping the goals table as well, with Lotfi providing assists for nearly half of the 40 total goals scored by his squad, making him worthy of the €30,000 prize.

Lotfi’s involvement with Monaco for the past three season has clearly contributed to their success in eFootball.Pro IQONIQ, including their championship in the inaugural season, their consistent first place ranking on the league table until the second season was postponed indefinitely, and their Knockout Stage qualification in the 2020-21 season.
